Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Lithia Motors. As a Cashier/Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers, answering their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer payments and credit transactions, maintaining accurate records and balancing cash office accounts.
  • Manage warranty claims, daily service department billing, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Assist the Service Manager, Office Manager, and General Manager with various clerical duties, including document submission, CRM maintenance, and data collection.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of office software.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record (for select roles).
