- Assist the Service Manager, Office Manager, and General Manager with various clerical duties, including document submission, CRM maintenance, and data collection.
- Perform basic administrative tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- High school graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of office software.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record (for select roles).
