Customer Service Representative Job Description

At Refloor, we're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless installations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Oversee daily assigned projects from initiation to completion, ensuring efficient execution and timely completion.
  • Develop Strong Working Relationships: Foster strong relationships with installation crews and customers, promoting trust and clear communication.
  • Interaction: Interact with installation crews to resolve customer issues, address technical queries, and manage change order processing.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service during and after installations, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Payment Handling: Secure payments from customers for contracted work, update necessary paperwork, and facilitate additional payment processing in accordance with company policies.
