Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service
- Deliver exceptional service to our guests, soliciting valuable feedback and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints.
- Business Development
- Execute our marketing strategies to drive sales and capitalize on all business opportunities in your market area.
- Team Management
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling a talented team of hourly center staff.
- Operations
- Oversee the management and expansion of our Food & Beverage program, ensuring the highest quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Leadership
- Lead the team and influence them through effective motivation, leveraging the individual strengths of your team members to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity.
Requirements
- Education
- High School Diploma (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
- Experience
- 1-2 years experience in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Restaurants
- Skills
- Solid communication skills
- Strong team player and people developer
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment/Physical Demands
