We're looking for a Guest Experience Lead to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you'll be responsible for ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the guest experience by checking in with guests and ensuring they're enjoying themselves.
  • Be the solution by handling guest concerns and providing a resolution to their satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment.
  • Offer expert insight into promotions and benefits of utilizing the McDonald's App, Mobile Order & Pay features.
Requirements:
  • A humble and hospitable demeanor.
  • Passion for helping and serving others (customers and fellow team members).
  • A desire to learn and grow.
  • The ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs.
