As a key member of our team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for national accounts, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met effectively. Your expertise in sales strategy development will enable you to create and execute tailored plans for each account, focusing on growth opportunities and revenue generation.

Sales Strategy Development

You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements to existing offerings. Your negotiation skills will be essential in securing contracts, pricing agreements, and other terms favorable to the company while maintaining competitiveness. Additionally, you will monitor account performance metrics, sales forecasts, and growth targets, providing regular updates to management and adjusting strategies as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage large accounts and drive significant sales growth
* Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements
* Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and other terms with key accounts
* Monitor account performance metrics, sales forecasts, and growth targets

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
* ~5+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within the thermoforming or plastics industry
* Proven ability to manage large accounts and drive significant sales growth
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships
* Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
* Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
