Job Title: Lead HVAC Installation Technician

Job Summary:

Modern Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead HVAC Installation Technician to join our team. As a Lead Technician, you will be responsible for installing heating and cooling systems, leading a team of technicians, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

* Install heating and cooling systems in residential and commercial settings
* Lead a team of technicians to ensure efficient and effective installation processes
* Communicate with customers, team members, and office staff to ensure seamless operations
* Maintain a high level of technical expertise and stay up-to-date with industry developments
* Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:

* S2 or D2 license preferred
* Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform typical tasks associated with installing heating and cooling systems
* Ability to pass a drug test upon hire
* Valid driver's license and a good driving record
* Must complete the Wedge Video Interview to be considered
