Job Summary:

The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Senior Compliance Analyst is responsible for providing services, assistance, and guidance to departments within SCF on compliance-related issues, including education, audits, monitoring of Federal, State, and Local developments, and analysis of data and trends to identify potential system controls risks and opportunities to enhance performance improvements and compliance with Federal, State, and Local laws, rules, and regulations as well as organizational and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide compliance guidance and support to SCF departments on Federal, State, and Local laws, rules, and regulations.
  2. Conduct audits and monitoring activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Develop and implement compliance training programs for SCF employees.
  4. Collaborate with SCF departments to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
  5. Stay up-to-date on changes to Federal, State, and Local laws, rules, and regulations and provide guidance to SCF departments on compliance requirements.
Requirements:
  1. Master's degree with an emphasis in healthcare, auditing, quality assurance, or business management.
  2. Five (5) years of experience in healthcare compliance, privacy, regulatory, legal, audit, or investigations.
  3. Certified in one (1) of the following or ability to obtain one (1) of the following within two (2) years of hire: Health Care Compliance (CHC), Healthcare Research Compliance (CHCR), Compliance and Ethics (CCEP), or Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC).
Native Preference:

SCF pursues a policy of Native preference in hiring, contracting, and training. SCF Human Resources must receive certification before applicants receive preference.

Compliance with SCF's Employee Health Procedure is a condition of SCF employment. You are required to agree that you will comply with all job-related employee health screening and immunizations prior to your first day of employment. Jobs designated as a Health Care Personnel (HCP) position require that you have documentation that you have completed the following immunizations prior to your first day of employment: MMR (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella), Varicella (Chicken Pox), Hepatitis B, Influenza, T-dap (Tetanus - Diphtheria - Pertussis), and COVID-19 vaccination is required.
