About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Cabinetworks Group. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and growing sales of our kitchen cabinets within the Kansas City territory of Home Depot stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and Leverage Business Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to promote sales and comparative growth.
  • Conduct Regular Store Visits: Visit stores regularly to assess sales performance, provide training and support, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Promote Cabinetworks Group Products: Persuade store personnel to offer our products to their customers, and provide training and support to ensure successful sales.
  • Train and Support Store Personnel: Educate store personnel on our product offerings, marketing programs, and promotions to ensure they are equipped to sell our products effectively.
  • Address Product and Service Issues: Proactively address any product, warranty, or service issues that may arise, and communicate resolutions with all parties involved.
  • Maintain Display Presence: Ensure that our display presence in showrooms is maintained and updated regularly.
  • Analyze Sales Metrics: Analyze sales metrics to develop tactical and strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Review Budget and Account Plan: Review monthly budget and maintain/provide quarterly account business plan.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience: A bachelor's degree or 8 years of selling experience with a minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
  • Proficient Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer applications.
  • Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with external customers and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to Build Partnerships: Ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively with department, cross-functional business teams, and customers.
  • Project Management and Budgeting Skills: Excellent project management and budgeting skills, with a deadline orientation and focus.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license and good driving record.
