The Surf & Sand Resort is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Spa Attendant to join our team. As a Spa Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and accommodate guest needs, including handing out towels, robes, sandals, locker keys, refreshments, and other amenities.
  • Maintain the day-to-day cleaning of the Spa, including removing trash, soiled linen, and recyclables.
  • Ensure clean linen and product supplies are available for daily treatments.
  • Greet guests, hand out locker keys, robes, and sandals, and escort guests to their locker.
  • Deliver warm neck pillows, newspapers, refreshments, and other amenities to guests waiting for service.
  • Promptly respond to guest questions and inquiries and refer to the Spa Director if necessary.
  • Assess and correct any scheduling conflicts, guest challenges, or problems and refer to the Spa Director as needed.
  • Clean, maintain, and restock bathrooms, locker rooms, showers, locker facilities, dispensaries, and public areas of the Spa.
  • Answer in-house phone calls and escort guests to treatment providers as necessary.
  • Change or book spa appointments per guest request, if feasible.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • English fluency required.
  • Must have CPR certification.
  • Requires excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must be computer literate and have at least 1 year of experience working in a service-related industry.
  • Prior hotel and housekeeping experience preferred.
