Are you a skilled Physician Associate or Nurse Practitioner looking to elevate your career in the luxurious world of medical aesthetics? We are seeking a talented professional to join our dedicated team, where luxury meets cutting-edge medical spa treatments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute treatments following our exclusive protocols for safe, effective results.
  • Guide clients through consultation to follow-up, ensuring top-notch service.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Lead training programs and support Estheticians and staff.
  • Collaborate on employee relations and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Keep detailed and compliant client medical records.
  • Lead departmental meetings and stay updated on industry developments.
  • Oversee equipment purchases, maintenance, and inventory.
  • Use an education-based sales approach to inform clients about our products and services.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a Physician Associate or Nurse Practitioner, with expertise in aesthetic medical spa procedures.
  • Certification and experience in performing injectables (Botox, fillers)
  • Proficiency in medical spa procedures like injections, lasers, and advanced peels. Experience with body contouring procedures, Ability to perform various aesthetic treatments like cool sculpting, em sculpt, IPL, etc.
