Role Overview

As the Principal Product Manager for AI and Automation, you will be pivotal in driving enhancements across the product lifecycle—building, deploying, operating, and retiring products.

Your initiatives will enhance the productivity and experience of all employees at Palo Alto Networks.

Your Contributions
  • Develop a comprehensive vision for enhancing the employee experience through AI and automation.
  • Analyze customer needs to formulate problem statements and feature requirements.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, directing, productizing, and prioritizing features.
  • Expertly apply the appropriate AI or Automation technology to relevant use cases.
  • Focus on data and metrics, understanding that "what we measure, we improve."
  • Engage frequently with executive leadership, clearly communicating value, progress, and areas needing support.
  • Collaborate effectively across all organizational areas in a global context, from engineering to sales.
Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years in product management within the cybersecurity or high-tech sectors.

Proven ability to excel in fast-paced and ambiguous settings.

Strong background in AI/ML, particularly with large language models (LLMs).

Capacity to manage multiple tasks, projects, priorities, and deadlines efficiently.

Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Proven ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven insights.

Experience presenting to partners and major clients.

A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.

Compensation

The compensation for this role will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location, with a starting base salary range expected between $160,600 and $259,700 per year, along with potential stock units and bonuses.
