About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity to lead a team of skilled professionals in the maintenance of advanced aircraft systems. As an Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production and maintenance of aircraft, ensuring that they are in good working condition and meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of maintenance personnel to ensure that aircraft are properly maintained and repaired.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to ensure that aircraft are available for flight operations.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on maintenance performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
  • 6 years minimum experience in fighter aircraft maintenance, with a thorough understanding of fighter aircraft systems and flight line operations.
  • At least 2 years experience in F-35 aircraft maintenance, with experience within the last 4 years.
  • Leadership experience in an aircraft maintenance environment.
  • Experience with programs such as Aircraft Scheduling/Records Management, Job/Maintenance Control, Configuration Control, Maintenance Information System, Tool and FOD, E-Time Accounting, Training, Safety, Security, Hazardous Waste Management or Supply Chain Management.
Desirable Skills
  • F-35 or Fifth generation aircraft maintenance experience.
  • Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) experience.
  • Understanding of USN Maintenance Practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with Field Service Representatives, and Maintenance Managers on schedules, aircraft status and issues as they occur.
  • Effective communication skills for coordination at all levels throughout the organization.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to develop and present formal briefings and presentations.
  • Ability to develop necessary maintenance plans and procedures.
