Job SummaryWe are seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide exceptional customer service to patients, assist with scheduling appointments, and help shape our services through patient experience surveys.
Responsibilities- Provide customer service to patients, including checking them in and out, and answering phone calls
- Conduct patient experience surveys to gather feedback and improve our services
- Help patients schedule appointments and provide information about our services
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure a positive patient experience
- Background or education in STI testing and risk reduction (preferred)
- Experience in a clinic setting (preferred)
- Bilingual skills (preferred)
- Passion for sexual healthcare and commitment to providing excellent customer service
- A fun and flexible work environment
