Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at SpartanNash Company. As a key member of our front-end operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supervising and directing front-end activities, and ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately perform all transactions, including cash, checks, debit/credit/EBT cards, and ID requirements
* Ensure that return-to-stock items are handled in a prompt and orderly manner
* Maintain a clean, attractive, and well-stocked department
* Follow all PPE and Safety Guidelines
* Follow all Food Safety and Cleaning Expectations
* Follow Guest Experience Guidelines

Requirements:

* High school graduate or equivalent (GED)
* Proficient computer skills
* Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents
* Accounting/Bookkeeping skills
* Interpret/Analyze Financials
* Develop/Manage Budgets
* Delegate/Direct/Implement
* Suggestive Selling/Knowledge of Products
* Detail Oriented
