Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team at Omni Hotels & Resorts. As a Guest Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized assistance to guests, including arranging bookings, reconfirming airline tickets, and making restaurant reservations.
  • Be knowledgeable about local attractions and points of interest, and provide recommendations to guests.
  • Assist with special requests, such as setting up amenities for guests celebrating special occasions and arranging for private cars and other services.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure guest needs are met and exceeded.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Stay up-to-date on local events and attractions, and share this knowledge with guests to enhance their experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the local area and its attractions.
  • Proficiency in Property Management Systems and related computer programs.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Software.
