Job Description

We are seeking a Luxury Guest Experience Coordinator to ensure the Gold Standards of The Ritz-Carlton are delivered graciously and thoughtfully every day.

This role is responsible for responding to guest requests for special arrangements or services, gathering and providing information to guests about the property and surrounding area amenities, and monitoring the club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent and no related work experience. They will be responsible for reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager, following all company policies and procedures, and maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information.

Responsibilities
  1. Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services, such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning.
  2. Gather and provide information to guests about the property and surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities.
  3. Monitor the club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.
  4. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
  5. Follow all company policies and procedures.
  6. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary of $41.40 to $43.40 per hour, health care benefits, retirement benefits, earned paid time off and/or sick leave, life insurance, disability coverage, and other life and work wellness benefits.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who is a team player, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift, and move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
