Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Assist field sales teams in cardiac operating rooms and related departments.
  • Conduct training sessions for surgical and OR staff on the application of our devices through both theoretical and practical methods.
  • Provide guidance and support to physicians during live surgical procedures, including the operation of our technologies.
  • Engage in teamwork, collaboration, and strategic planning with sales, marketing, and professional education teams.
  • Facilitate in-person discussions with surgeons and support staff regarding AtriCure technologies, training initiatives, clinical trials, and more.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in an Operating Room, Electrophysiology (EP) Lab, or Catheterization lab is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across various levels and departments.
  • Willingness to travel 30-40%, depending on the assigned territory.
  • Ability to successfully complete account and hospital credentialing processes.
