Your Contribution

  • Assist field sales teams in cardiac operating rooms and related departments.
  • Provide training to surgical and operating room staff on the effective use of our devices through both theoretical and practical laboratory methods.
  • Offer guidance and support to physicians during live surgical procedures, ensuring optimal utilization of our technology.
  • Engage in teamwork, collaboration, and strategic planning with sales, marketing, and professional education teams.
  • Conduct in-person discussions with surgeons and support staff regarding AtriCure technology, training initiatives, clinical trials, and more.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred experience in an Operating Room, Electrophysiology (EP) Lab, or Catheterization lab, either in an industry or clinical context.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across various levels and sectors.
  • Willingness to travel 30-40%, depending on the assigned territory.
  • Ability to successfully navigate account and hospital credentialing processes.
