Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Representative to join our team at Nothing Bundt Cakes. As a Guest Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and welcoming environment that exceeds their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote a Positive Guest Experience: Greet guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, determining their interests and needs to create a superior guest experience.
  • Product Knowledge and Sales: Maintain strong product knowledge to educate guests on our cake distinction, size and flavor profile options, pricing, special promotions, and complimentary retail merchandise.
  • Merchandise and Services: Suggest additional merchandise, including balloons, candles, and cards, to complete a unique celebration.
  • Order Processing and Accuracy: Process guest orders efficiently and accurately utilizing our point-of-sale system.
  • Bakery Presentation and Maintenance: Uphold a clean and organized bakery presentation, including routine sweeping/mopping of the floor, and dusting/cleaning of countertops, windows, and other surfaces.
  • Team Support and Collaboration: Assist the Crafter in preparing cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed.
  • Adherence to Policies and Procedures: Comply with all health and safety guidelines and company policies and procedures, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene.

  • Physical Demands: Have the capacity to stand for extended periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Availability

We require flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, Saturdays, and days leading to holidays, based on changing business demands.

Compensation

$15.00 per hour
