Job Title: Guest Services Team Lead

At Team Outsider, we're on a mission to deliver extraordinary hospitality to our guests at our rapidly growing portfolio of campgrounds nationwide. As a Guest Services Team Lead, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring we exceed our guests' expectations at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise the Guest Services Team Members, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Manage front desk operations, including guest registration, reservations, and store sales.
  • Coordinate and execute on-site activities, such as food service and themed events, to enhance guest engagement.
  • Promote local attractions, store sales, and special offers to increase guest participation and revenue.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office and store, adhering to inventory stock counts and cleaning schedules.
Requirements:
  • Passion for customer service and the outdoors.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience as a team leader or supervisor.
  • Knowledge of point of sale systems and cash register operations.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fluent English language skills.
