Business Development Executive

ARK Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, establishing relationships with client decision makers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase headcount, revenue, and gross margins.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery.
  • Provide regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of experience in the contingent workforce industry.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience with ATS systems, such as Job Diva, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
