About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing relationships with customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various industries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop effective solutions
- Utilize data analysis and market research to inform sales decisions and drive business outcomes
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales development, business-to-business sales, or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
At MSC, we offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- A base salary range of $64,540 - $92,200 per year, plus commission
