Quality Improvement Coordinator

BronxWorks is a leading organization in the social services field, dedicated to improving the economic and social well-being of individuals and families in the Bronx. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Improvement Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance program effectiveness
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with program staff to develop and implement corrective actions
- Provide training and support to staff on quality improvement processes and tools
- Conduct regular reviews of program data and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
