Job Title: Quality Improvement Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance program effectiveness
  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with program staff to develop and implement corrective actions
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality improvement processes and tools
  • Conduct regular reviews of program data and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
