About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Director to join our team at Everybody Agency. As a Paid Media Director, you will be responsible for leading our paid media department and overseeing all aspects of paid media strategy, planning, execution, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals, leveraging a mix of channels including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, display advertising, and more.
  • Lead the planning, setup, and optimization of paid media campaigns, including keyword research, audience targeting, ad copywriting, bid management, and budget allocation.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
  • Implement advanced tracking and attribution methodologies to accurately measure the impact of paid media campaigns on client revenue and ROI.
  • Manage relationships with advertising platforms, technology partners, and vendors to stay abreast of new features, tools, and opportunities.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the paid media team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment and facilitating professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of paid media campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding paid media strategy, campaign performance, and optimization opportunities, and participate in client meetings and presentations as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new developments in paid media to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation.
Requirements
  • We are looking for a Paid Media expert with a proven track record of success in a digital agency as a Paid Media Director (or in a similar role).
  • Previous experience working with health and wellness clients, or within a similarly regulated industry, is required.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship abilities, along with a collaborative and supportive approach to team management and development, are essential.
  • Substantial experience in paid media management, with a proven track record of driving results and achieving business objectives.
  • Expertise in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, display advertising platforms, and others, with advanced proficiency in campaign setup, optimization, and tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, draw actionable insights, and communicate findings effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI preferred.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement in paid media campaigns.
  • Google Ads certification and other relevant certifications (e.g., Facebook Blueprint) preferred.
  • Strong track record of leading a performance-based marketing team, with proven people management skills.
