Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and hire part-time staff.
- Oversee product preparation and presentation, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met.
- Train Product Demonstrators in effective demonstration techniques and outstanding customer service.
- Facilitate communication among multiple managers, vendors, and demonstrators.
- Participate in grand openings of new locations as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two to four years of relevant experience in retail, hospitality, or food service environments.
- Detail-oriented with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment.
- Capable of coaching and providing constructive feedback to employees.
- Flexibility and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Environmental & Physical Requirements:
The incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the role. Work may occur in various environments including office, retail, or warehouse settings.
Typically, this role requires the ability to spend over 66% of the workday engaging in significant physical activity, including lifting and/or pushing up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and utilizing products or preparing food as necessary for demonstrations. Travel and driving may also be required. Adherence to proper safety practices when handling products and/or cooking is essential.
