Job Title: Eligibility Specialist Working Lead

Knowledge Services is seeking an Eligibility Specialist Working Lead to join our team in Clinton, Boone, Hamilton, or Marion North. This role will be responsible for mentoring Eligibility Specialists and acting as a liaison between Knowledge Services, DFR Management, and the Eligibility Specialist team.

Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and support Eligibility Specialists in their daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Travel to DFR offices within the Region as scheduled or needed.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are followed as instructed by DFR Local Office Management.
  • Provide training and coaching to Eligibility Specialist staff.
  • Submit daily and weekly reporting of activities conducted while assisting Eligibility Specialist staff.
  • Provide further direction and ongoing training to Eligibility Specialist staff.
  • Support case reviews and QA scorecards for Eligibility Specialist staff.
Qualifications:
  • Eligibility Specialist experience is required.
  • Highly organized and analytical with strong leadership skills.
  • Able to provide clear and concise direction and coaching to Eligibility Specialist staff.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Independent worker who is a self-starter with a strong customer service background.
