Role Summary: Riverside Personnel Services, Inc. is in search of a skilled Administrative Operations Coordinator. This role entails managing financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable, overseeing payroll processes, handling incoming calls, and welcoming staff, clients, and visitors. Additionally, responsibilities include procuring office supplies, providing general administrative assistance, and performing other assigned tasks.
Qualifications: Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable position with relevant duties. Familiarity with accounting software such as Sage and Peachtree, along with proficiency in MS Office, is preferred.
