Job Title: IT Service Desk Manager

  • Provide technical support to employees, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Monitor and analyze service desk metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the service desk team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT service desk management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of IT service management frameworks and tools.
