Position Title:
Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

Position Details:

  • Contract to Hire
  • Onsite Position Only
  • Onsite Interviews Conducted
  • Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Key Skills: Attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft software, self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the insurance sector, particularly with Small Group insurance and sales quoting.

The selected candidate will undertake responsibilities such as:

  • Conducting reviews and audits of small groups to ensure compliance with participation guidelines.
  • Preparing and quality checking renewal packets for Small Groups, ensuring accuracy between system rates and manual documentation.
  • Assisting in updating group plan modifications.
  • Exhibiting strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with marketing representatives and agents regarding group statuses.
  • Collaborating with team members, including those working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality control audits to assess the accuracy and efficiency of departmental operations, including claims, membership, and customer service.
  • Conduct focused quality audits across various operational functions to ensure adherence to quality standards and methodologies.
  • Identify weaknesses and recommend improvements to training materials, providing management with feedback on errors and long-term solutions.
  • Compile data and generate reports on quality performance, training new employees, and staying updated with guideline changes.
  • Assist with special projects, including testing for new business implementations and system changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in claims processing, customer service, auditing, or operations; 2 years in quality audits.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Typical office setting.

Compensation:
The expected pay range for this position is $12.00/hour - $16.00/hour.
