Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate requirement gathering sessions
  • Engage and communicate effectively with internal teams and clients

  • Analyze, organize, and model requirements to ensure traceability
  • Evaluate project needs and recommend appropriate approaches, including information sources and techniques
  • Collaborate with other analysts, development, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Work closely with the Lead Business Analyst and/or Project Manager to clarify work assignments

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis
  • Certifications and a willingness to pursue further professional development
  • Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated team player with a proactive mindset
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
