  • Collaborate closely with product development teams and software engineers to propose solutions that enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Document and report on all testing activities, including identified issues and gaps, ensuring clear communication with development teams.

Required Skills:

  • Proven ability to translate business requirements or policy documentation into comprehensive test cases and scenarios.
  • Extensive experience in building test cases and scenarios within test systems.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills, effectively conveying the status of open issues and identified gaps during testing phases.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with large enterprise or e-business systems.
  • Familiarity with healthcare operations (particularly Medicaid) and business processes.
  • Proficiency in Atlassian tool suite, including JIRA and Confluence.
  • Prior involvement in standard SDLC (waterfall methodology) & AGILE delivery.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field.
  • Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
