This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, requiring 40 hours per week, with a competitive salary range of $300,000 to $310,000 annually.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or its foreign equivalent in Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 6 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience.

- Transaction origination and execution;
- Financial and commercial qualitative and quantitative analysis;
- M&A process execution;
- Capital markets structuring;
- Leveraged Buyout (Private Equity Deals) Modeling;
- Credit Analysis and Memorandum Creation;
- Commercial Banking Products and Solutions;
- Private Equity Client Relationship Management.
Candidates must also have or be able to obtain FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses.
