About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at American First Finance. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our merchants and customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist merchants with questions and concerns regarding our financial solutions, providing troubleshooting tips and guidance through our web portal.
  • Deliver a first-class customer experience, embodying our Core Values and driving customer engagement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all relevant regulations and compliance codes, participating in training sessions to ensure compliance.
  • Facilitate the underwriting process, providing support and guidance to merchants and customers throughout the application and funding process.
Requirements
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Typing skills with proper grammar and attention to detail.
  • Experience with strict adherence to company collections policies.
  • Polite, professional, and courteous communication skills.
