Job Summary

This position is responsible for supervising investigators in the Division of Legal Services and Compliance. The Consumer Protection Supervisor will coach and train staff regarding the compliance investigation and inspection processes, coordinate communications between the persons supervised and others, manage a caseload of complaint investigations and inspections, and perform administrative duties overseeing assigned staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide guidance to investigators in the Division of Legal Services and Compliance
• Coordinate communications between investigators and other stakeholders
• Manage a caseload of complaint investigations and inspections
• Perform administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping

Requirements

• Experience drafting written communications, such as letters, memos, and reports
• Experience reviewing and analyzing records, police reports, and investigative reports
• Experience assisting customers with questions and concerns
• Experience performing audits and inspections to verify compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a supervisory or lead role
• Experience planning and performing complex investigations
• Experience communicating with executive and upper management
