Compensation: $22 to $25 per hour

Job Summary:

The Culinary Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing food-service personnel in alignment with established policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor team members; plan, assign, and oversee tasks; evaluate performance; recognize and address issues; manage complaints and resolve conflicts.
  • Communicate purchasing needs to management with an emphasis on reducing waste and preventing shortages.
  • Utilize standardized recipes and production guidelines to guarantee quality, appropriate serving temperatures, and portion control.
  • Ensure proper operation and sanitation of equipment in accordance with departmental protocols after each use.
  • Store, label, and date food items as per policy; maintain food rotation practices to minimize spoilage and waste.
  • Adhere to HACCP standards to maintain the quality and safety of food supplies.
  • Operate food-service equipment safely and in compliance with established guidelines.
  • Assist in meal service; be present during designated meal times to gather customer feedback and comments.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Demonstrated leadership skills are essential for this role.
