**Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9 PM to 6 AM
**Sign-On Bonus:** A sign-on bonus of $8,000 is available for this position.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Take full ownership of all shipping, receiving, and material management tasks, directing staff and daily operations to support the materials management and warehousing functions, while collaborating with all departments.
- Recruit, train, inspire, lead, develop, and assess team members. Implement corrective actions as needed in alignment with company policies. Ensure adherence to all relevant federal, state, and local regulations, consulting with the Human Resources Department as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with staff regarding updates, decisions, policies, and any matters impacting their performance and outcomes.
- Promote the company's mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.
- Support and adhere to the company's Quality Management System, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Job Aids (JAs), safety protocols, and environmental practices.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of all departmental policies, procedures, and training to uphold the company's quality and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance by completing all required training in a timely manner using the ComplianceWire training system.
- Oversee all incoming shipments, initiating the material release process and collaborating closely with Quality Assurance on material approvals.
- Support Vendor Managed Inventories (VMI).
- Conduct inventory management through a computerized system, including tracking receipts, inventory transactions, and cycle counts, while managing all finished goods inventory.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree in a relevant field with at least 8 years of related experience, demonstrating career advancement and leadership roles.
- Experience in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting materials management equipment.
- Prior experience with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) is highly preferred.
- Experience in drafting standard operating procedures.
