Job Title: Contents Cleaning Specialist

BELFOR Property Restoration is seeking a qualified Contents Cleaning Specialist to join our team. As a Contents Cleaning Specialist, you will play a critical role in restoring clients' properties and belongings after disasters.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational support in remediation efforts for client contents.
  • Perform tasks related to contents cleaning, deodorizing, manipulation, and storage.
  • Use specialized equipment and cleaning chemicals under supervision.
  • Inventory contents under supervision using a manual system.
  • Correctly wrap and package contents to prevent damage during transport.
  • Transport contents to a cleaning facility for cleaning and storage.
  • Adhere to MSDS recognized standards.
  • Perform daily vehicle safety and maintenance inspections and maintain a clean, serviceable condition.
  • Maintain attention to detail and adhere to BELFOR standards in safeguarding other people's property.
  • Provide excellent customer service and work under time constraints to meet specific timelines.
  • Work nights and weekends as requested and travel periodically.
  • Report time worked and equipment and consumables used timely and accurately.
  • Attend BELFOR-sponsored operations and safety training courses as required.
Requirements:
  • Ability to take direction from a Team Leader.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment and contents as needed.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
