Senior Client Experience Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will lead and execute targeted client experience initiatives to maximize opportunities for engagement with clients. This will involve developing and executing plans to strengthen client relationships, drive revenue growth, and connect sales enablement and thought leadership. You will work closely with regional engagement teams to leverage core platforms, tools, and business intel to deliver premier client experiences on behalf of RGA business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive client engagement and revenue growth
- Lead and manage client experience initiatives, including experiential marketing opportunities
- Collaborate with business teams to identify target clients and align with sales enablement plans and client marketing strategy
- Manage client communications before, during, and post-client engagement initiative
- Lead internal communications and coordination, including stakeholder management and ROI reporting
- Participate in cross-business line engagement planning and process optimization
- Build and maintain constructive relationships with internal and external clients
- Conduct market research and provide client company information to support sales of RGA products and services
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent field of study
- 5 years of experience in business development and/or event strategy, event planning and/or event design
- 5 years of experience in the financial services industry
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Intermediate understanding of the US life, health insurance and reinsurance markets
- Intermediate skills in customer relationship management and change management
- Intermediate oral and written communication skills
- Intermediate investigative, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment and participate in department/team projects
- Ability to balance detail with departmental goals/objectives
- Ability to manage multiple projects and set applicable goals
- Ability to liaise with individuals across a wide variety of operational, functional, and technical disciplines
- Ability to travel domestically
- Ability to be flexible when needed, take initiative, and demonstrate accountability
- 5 years' experience in the financial services industry
- Advanced degree and/or certification, such as MBA, FLMI, or CLU
- Progress towards FLMI, ALHC, or other relevant professional accreditation
- Basic MS Access, SharePoint and CRM skills
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Technical understanding of Reinsurance

The general pay range for this position is $74,150 - $105,295 per year, and we offer an annual bonus plan and long-term equity incentive plan for eligible employees.
