Position Overview

As a Senior Client Experience Specialist, you will lead and execute targeted client experience initiatives in support of US Markets and Latin America to maximize opportunities to engage with clients. You will work under supervisory oversight to develop and execute plans that identify strategies in support of business objectives, provide opportunities to strengthen client relationships, drive revenue growth, and connect sales enablement and thought leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Manage and lead client engagement initiative execution, developing multiple and thorough plans that align with business and marketing strategy.
  • Impactful Client Experiences: Elevate client engagement initiatives through unique and innovative experiences, developing experiential plans, directing support teams, and managing resources.
  • Business Focused: Identify target clients for engagement initiatives, align with sales enablement plans and client marketing strategy, and manage client communications.
  • Internal Communications and Reporting: Lead internal communications and coordination, manage stakeholders and colleagues through planning, preparation, execution, and follow-up activities.
  • Process Optimization: Lead cross-business line engagement planning, creating business and team processes for effective planning and execution.
  • Relationship Building: Serve as a CMS Team liaison to business teams and leadership, developing and maintaining constructive working relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Market Insights: Conduct market research and provide client company information to support sales of RGA products and services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent field of study.
  • 5 years of experience in business development and/or event strategy, event planning, and/or event design.
  • 5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Intermediate understanding of the US life, health insurance, and reinsurance markets.
  • Intermediate skills in customer relationship management and change management.
  • Intermediate oral and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5 years' experience in the financial services industry.
  • Advanced degree and/or certification, such as MBA, FLMI, or CLU.
  • Progress towards FLMI, ALHC, or other relevant professional accreditation.
  • Basic MS Access, SharePoint, and CRM skills.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
