Position Overview
As a pivotal member of our team at Greenpoint Technologies, you will provide exceptional engineering leadership across various disciplines, engaging both internal and external stakeholders to meet customer needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive statements of work (SOW) to address research, ongoing development, and new business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with clients and management to secure SOW approvals.
  • Identify and manage modifications to SOW, evaluating their impact and integrating necessary changes.
  • Negotiate adjustments to deliverables, resources, costs, and timelines.
  • Oversee project execution to fulfill the work statement efficiently.
  • Establish and monitor program performance metrics.
  • Plan and coordinate resources throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead a team of up to 50 engineers, providing guidance, organization, coaching, and training.
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities and delegate tasks to optimize team performance.
  • Foster collaboration with other departments and vendors to achieve consensus on program strategies.
  • Communicate project status clearly to upper management using modern presentation techniques.
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality to ensure project continuity.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient knowledge of aircraft structural, interior, mechanical, and electrical engineering.
  • Experience in structural substantiation and certification.
  • Aviation background with aircraft interior expertise is essential.
  • Proven ability to lead a team of engineers in a productive manner.
  • Strong coaching, training, and mentoring capabilities.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CAD systems, spreadsheets, and project management software.

Education and Experience
A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of industry experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
