Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Acoustic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in aviation and aircraft interior design is preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in acoustics, sound engineering, or noise control.
  • Proficiency in acoustic modeling tools (e.g., COMSOL, ANSYS).
  • Ability to evaluate engineering drawings for fit, form, and function.
  • Experience in mentoring and motivating engineering teams.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.
  • Experience in budget and project management.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to foster teamwork and drive productivity.
