Event Sales Administrator

The Event Sales Administrator plays a pivotal role in building strong teams through development, effective staff and guest engagement. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer phones in a timely fashion and assist guests with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Qualify leads and put them into rotation as they are received.
  • Prepare event packets and ensure all events are booked correctly.
  • Manage the guest booking schedule daily, with guest lists and communicate all updates to the respective teams.
  • Complete event closeouts, relaying any discrepancies between agreements and payments to the sales leadership team.
  • Review and print BEOs for the culinary team for the following week's events and for the sales team for BEO meetings.
  • Proactively identify ways to improve office processes and elevate team excellence.
  • Must be able to multi-task and handle various event needs.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, sales or administrative role.
  • 1+ year of experience in sales or events-related functions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, time-management, and organization skills.
