Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and execute special events, including weddings, conferences, and banquets.
- Develop and implement event concepts, menus, and logistical plans.
- Manage vendor relationships, including catering, audiovisual, and floral services.
- Coordinate event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring seamless transitions and exceptional guest experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful event outcomes.
- Monitor event budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Minimum of two years of experience in event planning or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in event management software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
