ExamWorks is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team in the North/Central New Jersey territory. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, seeking and engaging new clients, developing new proposals, and managing existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the development of local and national sales strategies to achieve revenue objectives.
- Focus on new growth and relationships while maintaining key customer relationships.
- Act as a liaison between clients and ExamWorks, actively promoting services and support.
- Represent the company at industry functions, conferences, tradeshows, seminars, and meetings.
- Inform clients of updates regarding policy changes, services, and physicians.
- Assist in resolving client concerns relative to service and report quality issues in a timely manner.
- Visit physicians as necessary and assist with physician recruiting efforts.
- Evaluate the results of overall sales efforts regularly and report these results to the RVP of Sales.
- Continuously analyze the market, competition, external threats, and opportunities, adapting sales strategy accordingly.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates as directed.
- Attend all sales and marketing meetings as directed.
- Assist with account collection activity and some operational duties as necessary.
- 1+ years of sales or industry experience required.
- Knowledge of claims management relative to liability defense is preferred but not required.
- Must hold a valid state Driver's License.
- 50% of the time is remote, 50% of the time will be in the field.
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness, looking for ways to improve and promote quality.
- Ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations.
- Demonstrates the ability to problem-solve and develop alternative solutions when dealing with client issues or emotional topics.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
- Must be able to demonstrate team behavior and promote a positive team-oriented environment.
