About the Role

Luxottica of America Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with existing accounts in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including eye care professionals and lab personnel
  • Partner with specialists to drive growth and training opportunities
  • Review and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Utilize analytical tools and software applications to manage territory accounts
  • Conduct highly effective account seminars for large and small audiences
  • Anticipate and address customer needs and issues proactively
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, including flexibility, adaptability, and ability to provide personal contributions
  • Demonstrated computer skills and proficiency in software applications
  • Demonstrated presentation skills and ability to conduct effective account seminars
  • Customer service orientation and experience working with customers
  • Ability to travel overnight approximately 50%
