Position Overview: Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in collaborating with the Director of Operations and the team to uphold exceptional standards in guest satisfaction, safety, and financial outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in food and beverage management, demonstrating strong leadership skills to inspire and enhance team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehend all menu items, product selections, packaging, and pricing structures.
  • Ensure all service areas are well-presented and stocked with merchandise.
  • Implement and maintain security, safety, and sanitation protocols.
  • Conduct operational planning to guarantee adequate staffing and product availability for events.
  • Adhere to the preventative maintenance schedule established by the Director of Concessions.
  • Hold team members accountable for delivering outstanding guest service.
  • Maintain high-quality standards throughout all service interactions.
  • Foster and sustain strong relationships with clients, guests, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Solicit and utilize feedback from clients and guests to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Address and resolve any guest service issues promptly.
  • Implement menus, promotions, and programs as directed by the leadership team, adhering to Levy standards.
  • Meet daily sales targets and manage assigned cost objectives.
  • Achieve budgetary goals as set forth.
  • Enforce responsible alcohol service policies consistently.
  • Verify opening and closing inventories accurately.
  • Complete required daily reporting in a timely manner.
  • Compile necessary department reports for month-end closing.
  • Ensure compliance with Levy Company guidelines as outlined in training materials.
  • Forecast staffing needs and schedule team members accordingly.
  • Oversee cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy.
  • Guarantee that all service areas are fully stocked and operational.
  • Facilitate on-site training for the current POS system and concession operations.
