About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Foreman to join our team at Construction Resources Management. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of construction personnel, including laborers, operators, and equipment operators.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate and supervise the activities of multiple crews, including allocating tasks and resources as needed.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve construction efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Monitor and control costs, including materials, labor, and equipment expenses.
  • Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, including experience with scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of construction personnel.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex construction-related issues.
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to work varied hours, including nights, early mornings, and weekends as needed.
