We are currently looking for a proactive Construction Cost Analyst to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the estimation of construction costs and related activities within the construction division.

General Overview:

The Cost Analyst will oversee pricing and bidding for projects within the Construction & Restoration division, reporting directly to the Senior Cost Estimator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively interpret architectural plans and specifications.
  • Utilize tools to generate project leads.
  • Conduct takeoffs for various construction projects.
  • Analyze project costs and establish production rates.
  • Estimate necessary equipment and materials for projects.
  • Coordinate project setups and define scopes of work.
  • Build relationships with key industry stakeholders.
  • Complete special assignments and other duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with large-scale and complex projects.
  • Professional demeanor and leadership capabilities.
  • Self-motivated and driven.
  • Knowledge of sealants and waterproofing techniques.
  • High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Visual acuity for reading small print.
  • Effective communication skills and hearing acuity.
Work Environment:
  • Typical office setting with occasional field visits.
  • Minimal risk with standard safety precautions.
