About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Representative to join our team at Best Western Plus New Ulm. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register guests and manage reservations, ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and policies, as well as local attractions and events
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guests
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Upsell additional services and amenities to enhance the guest experience
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest interactions
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with property management software
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
