POSITION OVERVIEW
Are you passionate about outdoor sales and building relationships? Do you possess a competitive edge and excellent communication skills? The Vestis sales division is seeking a driven Facility Sales Specialist (FSS) to spearhead sales initiatives and contribute to our growth. This role focuses on promoting our facility services, which encompass restroom supplies, floor mats, towels, masks, and first aid solutions, all aimed at meeting the increasing demands of our clients.

- Ability to Follow Established Sales Protocols - Our structured sales approach will guide you in working independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
- Proficiency with Technology - Utilize laptops, mobile devices, Microsoft Office, and a Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) to stay organized and engaged.
- Customer-Centric Mindset - As a representative of Vestis, your focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences is paramount.
- Persuasive Skills - You will need to navigate objections and convincingly present why we are the preferred supplier for facility services and products.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Valid driver's license
- Successful completion of background checks, including Criminal, Motor Vehicle Record, and Drug Screen
- Experience in Sales or Customer Service; OR a recent college graduate; OR military service
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in business-to-business outside sales with a focus on acquiring new accounts
- Strong presentation and communication abilities
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management Systems, preferably Salesforce
